3–5 year associate with meaningful transactional experience . This is not a volume-lease position. The role is designed for an attorney who understands deal structure, risk allocation, and client strategy and who is prepared to take ownership of substantive matters. Responsibilities
Negotiating and drafting complex commercial leases and purchase & sale agreements Advising on acquisitions, development, financing, and dispositions Multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets Landlord/tenant matters and related transactional disputes Direct client interaction throughout the life cycle of a transaction Qualifications
J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission 3–8 years of focused commercial real estate experience Strong drafting precision and negotiation acumen Commercial judgment and client-facing confidence Compensation is competitive within the Tri-State market and includes performance-based bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, CLE and licensing coverage, malpractice coverage, and a meaningful 401(k) match. This opportunity is best suited for an attorney who is currently billing well but seeking a more refined platform, stronger deal exposure, and a clear trajectory within a respected practice.
