This is an entry-level role inside a regulatory publishing and content operations environment.
Role Overview We are hiring a full-time, in-office Content Entry Associate to input regulatory content into our RegLogic™ platform.
This role is ideal for graduates in English, History, or Political Science who are comfortable working with dense written material and maintaining strict structural accuracy.
This position does not involve rewriting, interpretation, strategy, or customer interaction. It is precision-driven content execution.
What You Will Do
Enter regulatory content into our platform with high accuracy and speed
Transfer content from structured and unstructured source files (Word, PDF, XML, etc.)
Apply predefined formatting rules consistently
Follow detailed instructions without deviation
Identify obvious formatting inconsistencies during entry
Maintain steady output without sacrificing precision
What Success Looks Like
Near-zero formatting and entry errors
Strong attention to punctuation and capitalization
Consistent daily throughput
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Reliable execution on repetitive but detail-sensitive tasks
Qualifications
Strong command of written English
Degree preferred (English, History, Political Science, or related field)
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with structured systems and repetitive processes
Basic technical comfort working inside digital platforms
Ability to focus for extended periods
