Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Preferred
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and process requests for
new service, cancellations, or changes
.
Accept and process
customer payments
, research billing inquiries, and update account information.
Work with customers and internal Waste Connections teams to identify service needs, resolve issues, and provide
safe, cost-effective, environmentally sound solutions
.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
(English + Spanish).
2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills.
