Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish)

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Location: 100% on-site - Tempe, AZ

Start Date: Mid-March (possibly sooner)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers through phone, email, and our Freshdesk ticketing system. You'll provide professional, high-quality service while resolving customer questions and concerns. This role is not high-volume, but it does require strong phone skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, and able to build positive rapport with every interaction.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system

Assist customers with general questions, including missing statements, unknown fees, and account-related inquiries

Gather customer information and identify appropriate solutions

Educate customers when applicable to help prevent future inquiries

Transfer customers to the appropriate department when needed

Meet quality and service expectations while maintaining professionalism

Required Skills

Customer service experience

Inbound call handling

Customer support or call center experience

Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of call center experience

Prior experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
