Retail Associate – CrossFit Booth at Wodapalooza - Miami
CrossFit is bringing our merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic pop-up at the Wodapalooza in Miami. We’re looking for motivated, fitness-savvy retail associates to help deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Job Details
Dates:
March 12th – March 15th
Hours:
8-10 hour shifts daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Compensation:
Daily rate of $150 (Minimum of two (2) days availability required but all (4) days preferred)
Location:
Ocean Drive, Miami Beach (6th to 10th Street)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals and needs
Educate customers about product features, uses, and benefits
Support setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
Track and report inventory levels during the event
Be a positive, energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Availability for a minimum of two days (2) (including setup and breakdown)
Retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable standing for extended periods (8–10 hours)
Able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs.
Passion for fitness, wellness, or living a healthy lifestyle
