Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated
Territory Sales Representative
to develop automotive and industrial accounts throughout
Southern California and the Inland Empire . This is an exciting opportunity to represent a
market leader in automotive refinishing
and contribute to the company’s continued growth as we expand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
Cold call in-person
on automotive and industrial accounts to generate new business
Deliver
live product demonstrations
and provide technical product knowledge
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Travel extensively within the territory (25–50% overnight travel; future AZ/NV expansion)
What We Offer
$55,000 – $70,000 guaranteed first-year compensation
(base salary + commission)
Monthly car allowance & gas reimbursement
Full product and industry training provided
Career growth opportunities as we expand into new regions
What We’re Looking For
Proven
outside / field sales experience
Strong closing skills with a hunter mentality
Ability to conduct
product demonstrations
effectively
Willingness to travel
(25–50% overnight)
Spanish fluency
(required)

Energetic, ambitious, and self-driven personality
Strong time management and organizational skills
Trade show or event experience
