But work‑life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.
While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit‑stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do In This Role You’ll help carry the voice of a Ramsey Personality to millions of people every day. That’s not small. People follow our personalities because they trust them. They’re looking for clarity about their money, their business, their career and their future. What we post matters.
You’ll own how that personality shows up across social platforms. Not just posting, but strategy, tone, growth and results. You’ll help turn long‑form content into scroll‑stopping moments. You’ll protect the voice. You’ll build the reach. And you’ll make sure what goes out reflects the trust we’ve earned.
This role is equal parts creative and disciplined. We grow fast, but we don’t chase trends that cheapen the message.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and emerging channels
Turn personality content into strong hooks and high‑performing short‑form posts
Own the content calendar and posting rhythm
Track performance weekly and adjust quickly
Grow engagement without sacrificing brand integrity
Partner with video, content and business teams to align campaigns with revenue goals
Protect the personality’s voice so it feels consistent, confident and real
You’re Probably a Match If
You have at least 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
You’ve managed a high‑visibility or personality‑driven accounts.
You’re fluent in platform best practices and algorithm behavior across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and LinkedIn.
You know how to grow engagement without sacrificing brand integrity.
You’re confident analyzing performance data and adjusting quickly.
You can own a content calendar and lead account direction.
You collaborate well with video, content and business teams.
You believe in Ramsey’s mission and understand the responsibility of stewarding influence well.
