Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm The Pay
for an Intake Eligibility Specialist:
$19/hr Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked Remedy provides the Intake Eligibility Specialist with

of the Intake Eligibility Specialist:
Assist customers in office, via phone and via email with applications for Energy Assistance Program and provide resources for housing stability Answer client and vendor questions of program eligibility, benefit levels and form of payment Provide support to customers to collect the required verification documents for the application Review completed forms to see that all necessary information has been entered for data entry
