GCI drives innovation in products, tools, insights; collaborates across Sales, Product, Client Success, Finance, Marketing.
Role summary:
Serve as insight creator and strategic partner; turn data into narratives; support enterprise accounts; drive scalable insight innovation; high visibility, cross-functional, influence client strategy and revenue.
Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and deliver data from product, sales, campaign sources and turn into insights.
Develop persuasive, data-driven narratives for senior internal/external business partners.
Collaborate with Sales and Client Success to support defined enterprise accounts; identify opportunities, address performance gaps, deliver custom insights aligned to client goals.
Translate client needs into strategies and actionable solutions that drive ROI and long-term value.
Contribute to innovation in insight methodology and narrative development across verticals/regions.
Manage strategic internal projects partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance.
Ideate innovative, data-driven approaches to solve client problems
Skills/Competencies
5+ years relevant experience (technology, media, consulting, sales, marketing, etc.).
Proven data problem-solving and modeling; ability to interpret large datasets and extract insights; experience with search performance and/or brand measurement datasets.
Technical skills: SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce.
Track record building client-facing stories that influence decisions, demonstrate ROI, and drive results; experience supporting a book of business or partnering with Sales/Client Success.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proven collaborator; self-starter in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; able to execute across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel 10-20%.

US Remote 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year
Austin Metro 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year
NYC Metro Area 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year
Seattle Metro Area 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year
San Francisco Metro Area 88,000 - 132,000 USD per year
