Summary:
The Digital Strategist's role is to drive brand awareness, customer experience/engagement, activation and incremental revenue through multiple channels including websites, social media, digital applications, on-premises digital media and targeted marketing campaigns. The role supports CNDC's business-centered vision to develop strategies/products/experiences that capture attention, generate loyalty, drive incremental revenue and enhance equity for the Chickasaw Nation.
Responsibilities: * Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types - Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner - Greets and engages with a smile - Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes * Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities * Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards * Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc. * Develop effective digital marketing strategies to strengthen current initiatives, improve existing workflows and drive incremental revenue * Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to the Nation's websites, social media channels and mobile applications * Develop and execute strategies to support new digital services/applications/etc. on premises. * Provide strategic recommendations with supporting rationale and POVs. Use available research to inform strategy * Create and execute both strategic and tactical digital plans supporting Brand/Partnerships initiatives. * Optimize digital strategies and tactics to maximize Brand/Partnerships results and ensure CNDC goals are achieved * Seek, develop and collaborate on novel and innovative digital marketing solutions.Develop and help execute best practice digital marketing strategies * Daily oversight (and hands-on maintenance as directed) of websites, apps, social media channels, email marketing, SMS, SEO, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics and systems/toolsets integrated with digital marketing initiatives and/or Partnerships initiatives * Handle content management and trafficking of assets such as brand messaging, retail and partnerships * Administer CNDC's digital asset management system and ensure files are properly organized/tagged for searchability * Maintain thorough/shared records of CNDC-owned domains, relevant credentials for all CNDC websites/social channels, internal & external tools/systems used by CNDC Brand/Partnerships, etc. * Responsible for project management duties as assigned. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members cross-departmentally * Performs all other duties as assigned * Serve as point of contact with key vendors and internal clients, providing project management support * Partner with content creation and development vendors to deliver projects on-time and on-budget * Prepare annual department budget detail and provide periodic financial reports related to digital efforts and vendors * Streamline billing processes between digital vendors and CNDC businesses * Liaise with internal team members to coordinate POs, invoices and contracts * Stay abreast of current and emerging brand trends, martec tools, regulatory issues, SEO/ SEM, email, SMS, social media, digital media, etc. * Identify and communicate relevant industry trends, best practices, new developments and insights to internal stakeholders. * Actively seek out and participate in continuing education opportunities, retaining expert knowledge and understanding * To continually optimize efforts, provide comprehensive reporting on digital marketing effectiveness through analysis of vendor reporting plus independently created insights. Collaborate departmentally, throughout CNDC and with vendors to establish performance measures and monitor results. * Provide ROI analysis on digital platforms and individual partnerships. Develop and report on retention KPls for digital marketing. * Provide reporting illustrating conversions and incremental revenue attributed to digital efforts. * Responsible for data collection and insights to support Partnerships proof of performance reporting.
