Key Responsibilities
Interpret and execute blueprints, construction drawings, and layout plans
Manage carpentry projects from framing to finish with minimal oversight
Supervise and direct team members on‑site to ensure quality workmanship and productivity
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members professionally
Ensure timelines and specifications are met for each project
Model best practices and enforce safety procedures
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
Proven leadership ability to manage crews and job sites
Strong communication and client interaction skills
High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to problem‑solve and work independently
Must be physically capable of performing carpentry work, including lifting materials and using tools
No specific degree or certifications required
