BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Event Producer Manager V for an opportunity Burlingame, CA Hybrid. Need someone who is authorized to work independently without any sponsorship.

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) – Contract- Hybrid

Pay Range: $70/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description Product Experiences The Product Experiences team produces experiences that create product and platform evangelists - bringing consumer hardware and software to market through memorable demos and experiences. We engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented Experiences Producer to work cross-functionally to lead, execute and support a range of events, activations and product demonstrations. This producer will join the Product Experiences team within the Global Experiential and Industry Marketing Team. This is a contract position for at least 12 months and requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week in our New York, NY or Burlingame, CA offices.

Responsibilities

Support and execute events and experiences across

Design, develop and scale the delivery of Product Experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders

Provide creative production and logistics expertise for events including experience consultation, demo design, staffing, tech and on-site support

Create partnerships with marketing, product and creative teams

Support the development of processes and playbooks that streamline and scale our operations

Partner with agencies to plan and execute experiential

Availability and willingness to travel up to 25%

Establish and support strategic measurement and marketing plans for events

Support post-reporting processes and data collection

Minimum Qualifications

5+ client-facing experience of event management, production or within a creative agency

Knowledge coordinating virtual and in-person events

Experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design and systems planning

Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executive leadership

Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies

Experience managing production budgets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience using judgment and analysis, providing practical, timely and proactive communication guidance and support

Experience with and proficiency in assessing data reports for metrics, trends, and patterns for communications and event-related metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with emerging technology, AI, Wearables, virtual Reality and/or Reality Labs Products - Level 1 technical troubleshooting capabilities of devices and engineering real-time creative solutions for events

Experience working with a large, matrixed, global tech company and in a rapidly scaling department

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Working closely with immediate team and extended stakeholders to manage all aspects of product demos within events such as Game Developers Conferences, CES, Coachella, Superbowl, NBA ALL Star as well as various first party events such as Connect, partner activations, press launches, policy events, etc.

Program/ project management (bias for operations and highly organized)

VR + AI Experience

Nice-to-have Skills

Hands on experience with Wearables

Years of Experience 5+ is target, but the experience/what they have done is more important

Degrees/Certifications Required Bachelor’s or relevant years of experience
