Role We are working with a well established crypto and digital asset security business that has achieved strong global product market fit and institutional credibility.
While the company already serves a meaningful international customer base, the US remains largely untapped from a dedicated commercial standpoint. Approximately a quarter of revenue is already generated in the region without a full time hire on the ground. That is now changing.
This is a founding GTM hire for the US.
You will own new logo acquisition across the Americas, build pipeline from scratch, and act as the face of the business in the region. There is no legacy structure to inherit and no mature inbound engine to lean on. This is a true hunter role with full commercial ownership.
As traction builds, the clear path is to evolve into Head of Americas, hiring and shaping the regional team and defining how the company scales in the market.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a region, not inherit one.
Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of new business across the Americas, from outbound prospecting through to contract negotiation and close.
You will build and manage your own pipeline, engaging institutional and crypto native organisations where security, risk mitigation, and compliance are mission critical.
You will represent the company across the US market, developing senior stakeholder relationships and positioning the business as a trusted infrastructure partner.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and customer teams to ensure alignment between market feedback and commercial strategy.
You will lay the foundations for future hires by helping define messaging, target account strategy, and early GTM playbooks.
Required Skills
Proven experience closing complex B2B SaaS deals in a hunter capacity
Experience selling into institutional or crypto native environments
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from zero
Comfortable engaging C-suite and technical stakeholders
Experience operating autonomously in early stage or expansion environments
Ambition to grow into a regional leadership role
