We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $25,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Delmont, PA. Our office is open 9-5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of Seton Hill. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
