The world of AI is evolving at a rapid pace, with new exciting innovations and complexities emerging on daily basis. AI agents are graduating from experiments and POCs to being deployed into real workflows inside enterprises. The reality iswhile models and agent building frameworks have improved dramatically, the infrastructure to

secure ,

govern, observe, and control fleets of AI agents

has not kept pace. That’s the gap. Alterion is building the control plane for the agentic enterprise.

We enable organizations to safely adopt, secure, govern, and scale AI agents with full discovery, semantic observability, dynamic policy enforcement, and enterprise-grade controls. We are early, ambitious, and building something foundational. You will work directly with the founders to shape not just features but the trajectory of the company. The Opportunity

This is not a typical PM role. This is not a typical strategy role. This is a

builder’s role . We are looking for a high-trajectory Product Strategy, Operations & GTM Lead (2–4 years experience in MBB consulting, product, or operations) who wants to move from advising and analyzing to actually building. You will: Shape the product roadmap alongside the founders. Help define our ICP and early go-to-market motion. Structure and run design partner programs with major enterprises. Create the operating cadence that keeps a zero-to-one company aligned. Help translate complex AI infrastructure into clear narratives for customers and investors. You’ll move fluidly between deep analysis, customer conversations, product shaping, and execution. If you want to be close to the engine of company-building, it is that seat. Who Thrives Here

You might be 2–4 years out of: McKinsey / BCG / Bain. A fast-moving product or ops role. A high-growth startup. But more important than your resume: You think in frameworks, but act in execution. You can move from whiteboard strategy to a concrete deliverable in a day. You are comfortable operating without perfect information. You care about clarity. You want to build something foundational, not incremental. Curiosity about AI infrastructure, governance, and enterprise systems is a strong plus however intellectual horsepower and ownership matter more. Why Alterion

This role is exciting and high pace. You will: Help shape a new enterprise category. Work directly with founders with deep enterprise and engineering backgrounds. Have outsized influence on product, GTM, and company direction. Grow into product leadership, strategy leadership, or operational leadership. Own meaningful early-stage equity. We are not building a feature. We are building infrastructure for how AI operates inside enterprises.
