
Spray Advantage is seeking a Full Time Inside Sales Representative in Grand Forks
Inside Sales Representative Summary: The inside sales representative is responsible for servicing customers by taking orders over the telephone and at the counter for replacement parts and new equipment. Enter orders into the system, pull and ship orders, and provide after-sales service instructions. Responsibilities also
include order receiving processes and data input. The successful candidate requires strong organizational skills, customer service and the ability to work independently and with others.
Inside Sales Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify needs and fill orders for parts
- Determine replacement parts required according to inspection or old parts or customers description of malfunctions
- Provide technical assistance to customers with the operation of parts, electronics and equipment
- Check-in daily shipments via UPS, Spee-dee
- Operate forklift to load and unload freight
- Other duties are assigned
Inside Sales Representative Experience and Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- One or two years of sales experience is a plus
- Agriculture background is a plus but not required
Inside Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting wage $22 -$25 per hour based on experience
