The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing cases, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. *Duties* * Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of issues related to Tax Law. * Prepare and review legal documents/cases. * Conduct legal research using tools to support case preparation and strategy development. * Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients' interests. * Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence and formulating arguments for litigation. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments. *Requirements* * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. * Strong knowledge of various areas of law including Tax Law. * Proven experience in litigation with a track record of successful outcomes. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. xsgimln This is an exciting opportunity for a Tax Attorney looking to make a significant impact in their field while working with a dynamic team committed to excellence in legal services.
