Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction by guiding them in their vehicle purchases in our no-haggle sales environment. Using excellent communication and listening skills, help customers select the right vehicle and negotiate payment terms to meet their lifestyle and budget. Drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is top-notch. Help transition customers to the Service Department for their vehicle needs. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent Prior sales experience, retail preferred Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
