Must be flexible to work 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM initially; shift will later change to 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-speed, accurate manual data entry from incoming hardcopy documents. Verify and validate automatically extracted data from digital documents. Review and correct automated document classification exceptions. Validate automated redactions applied to digital documents. Conduct manual metadata indexing for digital files. Perform quality control checks on documents converted to digital format. Validate incoming check data and ensure accuracy. Reconcile check batch totals and verify account distribution as required by customers. Maintain productivity standards while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Support onsite interviews and demonstrate typing proficiency as required by management. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Typing test and 10-key test must be attached with resume. Strong keyboarding and ten-key skills (minimum 15,000 keystrokes per hour). Proficiency with personal computers and data entry software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships.
