Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist works on developing, executing and optimizing online campaigns (SEO, email, PPC), managing content, analyzing data (KPIs, ROI), and collaborating cross-functionally, requiring skills in digital strategy, analytics, platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads), and communication expertise to boost brand presence and drive growth. This position requires a creative, data-driven specialist to create, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, driving brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. It does not own overall marketing strategy, budgets, or vendors, but plays an important role in building the brands' digital presence across the organization with all stakeholders. What you'll do: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and website strategies aligned with business goals (SEO, SEM, email, content, etc.). Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.). Create engaging content, develop search words, and optimize for SEO. Monitor, measure, and report weekly on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI), optimizing spending and strategy based on insights. Monitor, measure, and report bi-weekly on analytics for each website. Work with design, sales, and content teams for brand consistency and lead generation. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and web trends and technologies. Monitor individual property websites and make updates to promotions and specials Assist the marketing team with Corporate Events Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, communications, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content, and problem-solving issues on websites. Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, data interpretation). Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta). Excellent written and verbal communication. Creativity and ability to brainstorm new strategies. Experience with Canva or similar design tools. Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple requests and projects. Strong written communication skills and a good eye for brand consistency. Work environment: This role is primarily office-based and works closely with teams across the organization. Occasional support for on-site events or property visits may be needed. Benefits
