Job Summary
The Regional Director oversees end-to-end refreshment and pantry service operations across Southern California, including warehouse management, inventory control, last-mile delivery, and on-site client execution. This role drives operational excellence, enhances service quality, and leads high-performing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Core Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Lead multi-site warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations. Ensure inventory accuracy, route optimization, and safety compliance. Manage fleet operations and logistics technology for real-time visibility. Improve productivity, fulfillment speed, and delivery performance. Financial Management
Own regional P&L, budgeting, and margin performance. Forecast revenue, manage costs, and reduce waste. Use financial analysis to improve ROI and operational efficiency. Team Leadership
Develop warehouse managers, supervisors, drivers, and service teams. Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement, coaching, and retention. Client Success
Serve as executive contact for key regional accounts. Support client onboarding and partner with sales on regional growth. Monitor satisfaction and lead service-quality improvements. Strategic Initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to scale best practices across sites. Lead projects involving automation, system upgrades, and fleet modernization. Champion change management and process optimization. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years leading multi-site operations (warehousing, logistics, distribution). P&L ownership and strong financial acumen. Expertise in WMS, routing, inventory, and delivery systems. Experience managing large, distributed teams. Analytical, tech-savvy, and highly collaborative. Regional travel required. Preferred
Background in route-based services or food/refreshment distribution. Experience in hospitality or office coffee services. Familiarity with logistics and fleet-tracking platforms. Success Profile
