A seasoned NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing Functional Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite's Warehouse Management System and Manufacturing modules within manufacturing environments. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of NetSuite functionalities. The consultant provides expertise, guidance, and support to enhance operational efficiency and inventory management processes. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing modules. Analyze and document business processes, translating requirements into effective NetSuite solutions. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams to facilitate seamless communication. Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, enhancements, and integrations. Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for NetSuite workflows and processes. Conduct business requirements gathering sessions, translating needs into functional documentation. Deliver training and provide ongoing technical and functional support to end-users on NetSuite Warehouse Management and Manufacturing features. Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support business operations. Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues, providing resolution strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system integration and data integrity across modules. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience working with NetSuite, including WMS and Manufacturing modules. At least 5 years of direct experience within a manufacturing environment. Deep knowledge of NetSuite WMS features such as inventory management, bin management, barcode scanning, warehouse operations, and WIP. Proven expertise in NetSuite Manufacturing modules, including work orders, BOMs, routings, and shop floor control. Ability to write clear, detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams. Experience creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively. Publishing Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00 Hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
