
Business Analyst & Performance Manager
As a CBRE Account Operations Analyst, your main role is to support the Account team by preparing reports and presentations, analyzing data, and offering insights and recommendations. You will also manage key performance indicators for the client account. The goal of these activities is to ensure that contractual services are delivered as promised, to drive ongoing improvements, and to help grow the client account. Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook. (Including text functions, queries, data extract, Pivot tables, Lookups, IF formulae, and charts.) Ability to use existing platforms and databases in order to access and extract data as necessary. Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Microsoft PowerBI. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Strong communication skills to convey complex information in straight forward situations Motivation to impact the quality of own work and contribute to team success and strong presentation skills. Provide all client and internal CBRE reporting. This will include but not be limited to: Client reporting Monthly performance report Including support to the key contributors (FMs, QHSE, Finance, Procurement, etc.) Quarterly Business Review report and presentation. Annual business review CBRE reporting Monthly report Annual plan Dashboards Finance dashboards Operational performance dashboards Ad hoc reporting, but not limited to: Resource utilization Cost savings Vendor scorecards QHSE reporting including Root Cause Analysis Innovations Awards Assist in establishing and managing performance metrics under the guidance of team members. Create, develop, and improve reporting and data analytics. Collect, analyze, and document data to support operational decisions and improve efficiency. Prepare and present insight and findings to the team for review and action. Ensure compliance with account standards by reviewing data for planned, preventive, and corrective actions. Recommend corrective measures to maintain client satisfaction. Apply general knowledge of standard principles to solve routine problems Influence business choices by accurately evaluating and reporting research results. Work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. Respond to client issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist management with implementing process improvements. Provide ad hoc reporting to clients upon request. Review data and make recommendations to management for consideration. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Manage own work to highest quality.
