Role Description
This is a full-time,
on-site role
for a Sales Executive based in Jacksonville, FL. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and building long-term business relationships. Key responsibilities include identifiying and connecting with prospects and new business, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales quotas, conducting client consultations, and providing post-sale support to ensure satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align on client needs and promote Kessler Creative’s services is essential. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Analytical and strategic thinking skills for developing and executing effective sales plans Knowledge of marketing concepts such as direct marketing, digital advertising, and data-driven strategies is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the marketing industry or with omnichannel marketing solutions is highly desirable Compensation: Competive base pay and commission compensation plan Monthly bonus plan based on sales performance Medical insurance, dental insurance, vision, 401(k) plan, holiday pay, PTO
