McLaren Health Care Corp Job Summary Essential Functions & Responsibilities Manages and assures successful implementation of highly efficient and effective Patient Accounting management strategies. Responsibility for the functional assignments of Patient Accounting. Manages operations based on data and metrics, consistently meeting assigned targets. Continually assess Patient Accounting operations in order to adjust leadership staffing to assure efficient operations with exceptional outcomes based on national metrics. Supports a culture of accountability, exceptional customer service, and a highly productive staff. Assists in the creation and preparation of monthly dashboard report for the net revenue cycle. Analyzes operation of system; prepares recommendation and documentation to create and update fiscal services and other related policies and procedures with respect to operating systems. Conducts and assists in the presentation of fiscal educational sessions as assigned. Provides financial support and leadership to product line managers including expense management and revenue cycle maximization. Performs operational assessments during strategic planning and financial review of departments and programs. Required: Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Accounting or related field. Ten (10) years' experience in a progressively more responsible leadership role in Patient Access, Financial Management and/or Revenue Cycle with demonstrated supervisory responsibility in health care.
