Auto Field Adjuster

National General is seeking an experienced Auto Field Adjuster to support the Durham, NC area. The ideal candidate will reside within a 4050 mile radius and bring hands-on experience in writing auto damage estimates and supplements, along with strong insurance claims knowledge. We are looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with demonstrated strength in time management, exceptional attention to detail and achieving goals. Experience writing auto damage estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software is a plus. Key Responsibilities

Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is: Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49 37.50/hour Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03 39.42/hour Field Adjuster Sr. Cons I: $35.82 45.58/hour Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
