LIM is seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Boston-based securitized team. This role is central to our investment process, requiring close collaboration with portfolio managers and traders to drive asset-backed security (ABS) strategy and selection. Primary Responsibilities: Perform deep-dive research and provide actionable investment recommendations across all ABS sub-sectors. Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with issuers and trading partners. Monitor security-level performance and enhance our internal analytical frameworks. Manage macro-level data and databases to track market-wide trends. Partner with PMs to align ABS strategies with client goals and risk parameters. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in securitized markets (analysis, surveillance, or lending). Strong technical proficiency in data manipulation and quantitative modeling. Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mentality. Progress toward a CFA or an advanced degree is highly preferred.
