In this role you will assist individuals impacted by severe flooding and provide exceptional customer support to help communities recover.\nWork Schedule

Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST\nShifts available: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST\nFlexibility to work assigned shifts is required\nTraining

A comprehensive 6-week training program is provided\nAttendance for the full duration of the training is mandatory; no time off is allowed during this period\nResponsibilities

Assist callers impacted by severe flooding, providing empathetic and effective support\nRespond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information\nResolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner\nDocument all interactions thoroughly and accurately\nMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately\nEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed\nProvide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction\nStay informed about company policies, procedures, and service updates\nParticipate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality\nOffer feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes\nQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nPrevious customer service experience preferred\nAbility to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively\nMust pass a Level 2 fingerprint background check\nCompensation & Benefits
