Enters new hire information and employee data, within Workday and myStaffingPro systems. Provides assistance and support for benefits administration and annual open enrollments; responds to inquiries and provides resolution to issues. Communicates, coordinates, responds, and resolves to/with the Accounting/Payroll Department and corporate office, regarding various human resources matters and issues. Responds and resolves various inquiries, questions, and issues from employees and staff, regarding human resources matters. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications & Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent. OR 2 years of HR Administrative Experience. or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience. Maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances. High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate clearly and concisely. Willingness to work flexible hours. Organizational skills, with an eye for the details.
