As a CBRE Sr. Client Consulting Analyst Location Strategy, you will be supporting the consulting practice through analytics, research, data collection, data management and drafting of deliverables. This position is an exciting opportunity to learn about the labor and location considerations that drive some of the most important operational decisions made for organizations. Through this role you will assist lead consultants on location strategy consulting engagements and support the broader practice in areas like thought leadership and innovative analytics. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments with a focus on location and labor considerations. This role requires a hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of being on-site 2-3 days a week to collaborate with the team in either our Phoenix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA office. What You'll Do: Analyze economic, demographic, financial and geographic data for a range of deliverables. Attend calls with clients and lead consultants to understand the consulting objectives, client feedback and provide analytical/research support. Work with team members, local and abroad, to collaboratively provide unique insights for clients on fast-paced site selection and location strategy projects. Draft executive summary reports for consulting projects based on direction from lead consultants. Present findings of analytics to lead consultants. Conduct research on industry trends for thought leadership and business development efforts. Utilize proprietary and non-proprietary CBRE analytical tools to address client & consultant questions. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Assist in advancing current analytics through exploration of new data sources and analytical models. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Advanced excel skills and business intelligence software (Power BI/Tableau) skills preferred. Data warehousing/organization programming languages or softwares (ex: SQL, Snowflake) would be a benefit to the role but not required. Possess a creative mindset from problem solving and a curiosity for exploring integrative uses of AI in creating efficiencies in research and analytics. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and good time management acumen.
