Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Location: Sandy Springs, GA Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension) Schedule: 40 hours per week The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented digital marketing specialist to join our team for a 3-month contract. This role is perfect for a "full-stack" digital marketer who thrives on executionspecifically within the realms of email automation and social media strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. This position is based in our Sandy Springs office three days a week, allowing for close collaboration with our creative and sales teams. Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing: Own the email calendar. You will build, test, and deploy weekly newsletters and automated nurture sequences (drip campaigns). Social Media Management: Execute organic and paid social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This includes copywriting, basic asset creation, and community management. Campaign Coordination: Ensure a cohesive "omni-channel" feel by aligning email messaging with social posts and landing pages. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, ROAS, engagement) and provide weekly reports with actionable insights to optimize ongoing spend and creative. List Management: Maintain CRM hygiene, segment audiences for targeted messaging, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations. Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in a digital marketing role with a proven track record in email and social media. Email Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Social Savvy: Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and a solid grasp of social media analytics. Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice for different platforms. Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Express) are a major plus. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track campaign attribution and user behavior. Logistics: Ability to commute to Sandy Springs 3 days per week.
