Raleigh, NC / Austin, TX (Hybrid) About the Role The Data Analytics Service Line is looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Data & Analytics services and a strong consultative selling mindset. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the evolving Data & Analytics ecosystem and capable of positioning modern solutions to clients through strategic, value-driven conversations. While candidates from any domain may apply, BFSI (Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance) experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Partner with Industry vertical sales teams to grow accounts and position Data & Analytics services to clients Collaborate with Presales, Solutions, Delivery, and Practice teams to conceptualize solutions, build propositions, and create estimates Develop and execute sales strategy and GTM plans to grow Data Integration & Analytics revenue in the BFSI industry Own account-level revenue growth, margins, and CSAT Manage customer relationships with CXO and senior leadership stakeholders Evangelize the Data Integration & Analytics service line internally and externally Skills & Expertise Proven expertise in the Data Integration & Analytics ecosystem Strong experience delivering Data Analytics engagements in the BFSI domain Demonstrated ability to manage and expand CXO-level relationships Strong team-selling and cross-functional collaboration skills Consultative selling approach with strong negotiation capabilities Ability to build relationships through presentations, proposals, and structured recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Presales / service-organization experience preferred Willingness to travel up to 50%
