Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Roofing Sales Executive at our Augusta, GA location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, assessing roofing needs, offering tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Key tasks include building client relationships, performing roof inspections, providing accurate estimates, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service. Qualifications Experience in residential roofing sales, client engagement, and lead generation Proficiency in identifying and assessing roofing and exterior upgrade needs Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage sales pipelines, meet targets, and deliver dependable service Knowledge of storm damage restoration, insurance claims, and roofing materials is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Prior experience in construction, roofing, or related fields is beneficial Pay This is position is uncapped commission Pay range will be between $100k-$250k depending on performance Company truck is included Paid gas and maintenance on vehicle
