Audit Senior Associate
Provide assurance services, supervise audit activities, and support client engagements across industry-focused portfolios. Full-time position available immediately. Key responsibilities include serving as a key member of engagement teams delivering assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients, engaging with clients year-round to gather information, complete audit testing, and address questions, planning and supervising audit engagement activities, performing and reviewing substantive testing on balance sheets, income statements, and related financial data, assessing and testing internal controls, participating in discussions with managers and leadership regarding audit findings and business insights, growing through ongoing coaching, mentoring, and participation in structured learning programs, building strong relationships with clients and internal teams through collaboration and networking, supporting the development of junior team members through guidance and mentorship, and participating in team activities designed to promote connection, balance, and a positive work environment. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent coursework to sit for the CPA exam, CPA preferred or actively pursuing completion, 2+ years of financial statement audit experience within a public accounting firm, strong communication, time-management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership, project-management capability, adaptability, and analytical strength, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
