Commercial Credit Card Services Specialist

The Commercial Credit Card Services Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks and ensuring that exceptional support is provided for commercial credit card services. They work jointly with the Treasury Management Officer to ensure proper implementation of all contracted card services. Primary responsibilities include: Perform daily card operations as requests for card services are received via the ticketing system. Set up new commercial credit card customers on the platform including ordering cards, enabling the third party expense reporting and payables automation as applicable. Complete commercial credit card servicing requests including ordering of new or replacement cards as well as answering questions related to statement reconciliation, declined transactions, and limit change requests. Serve as the bank's project manager for the implementation of Visa Spend Clarity and Visa Payables Automation leading clients through the multi-week setup and implementation process. Provide customer training and support for all commercial credit card services. Load commercial credit card payments taken in branch into the administrative portal daily. Working with credit and management to proactively address delinquent accounts and assist in managing card portfolio dynamics. Provide backup to the Treasury Management Implementation and Support Department as needed. Assist with the development and implementation of necessary training and operational support programs as identified. Assist with projects assigned. Assist with gathering and reviewing related audit documentation, copies, and reports as requested. Identify and update all associated job aids when changes in process or policy occur and communicate these changes to the team. Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer records and personal information. Perform other such duties as assigned. Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices. Position performance standards include: Successful exams and audits without significant findings. Customer inquiries are responded to (or submitted to the third party system admins for a response) within 1 business day as appropriated. Maintains 99% accuracy in account setup, maintenance, and changes. Performance weightings are: 40% Competencies 60% Position Performance Standards and Personal Goals Qualifications include: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years working in banking including 1 year experience with commercial credit card processing. Knowledge of Visa Operating Rules a plus. Self-user and promoter of electronic banking products.
