Key responsibilities include reviewing federal and multi-state tax returns, researching fundamental tax issues using online tools, performing general accounting duties as needed on engagements, training and mentoring staff accountants, and collaborating with managers, partners, and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting preferred. CPA certification or active progress toward licensure. 3+ years of public accounting experience. Strong tax return review experience. Proficiency with spreadsheet software; experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, or Engagement is a plus. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills with a strong sense of urgency.
