About the role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Court Access Account Executive to join our team. This role is focused on cultivating relationships with county-level courts and judicial administrators across the U.S. to enable access to public court records. Think of this role as a strategic sales function in a public-sector setting, where success depends on trust-building, advocacy, and stakeholder alignment rather than traditional transactional sales. Advocate for the shared public benefits of data-sharing relationships and increased judicial transparency. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on legal, technical, and operational requirements for court partnerships. Educate stakeholders on how LexisNexis solutions enhance access, analytics, and efficiency within the justice ecosystem. Contribute insights to product and policy teams to inform strategy and ensure sustainable, compliant data acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven success with 3+ years in business development, government relations, or public-sector enterprise sales, ideally within the legal or technology industries. Strong consultative and strategic selling skills able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and tact. Deep understanding of or curiosity about legal technology, judicial administration, and public-sector data ecosystems. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of earning trust with senior judicial officials. Highly self-motivated and organized, able to manage long sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously. Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S. for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events. Work in a way that works for you: We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. We offer an appealing working prospect for our people. With numerous wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance and sabbaticals, we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals.
