Job Title: Corporate Recruiter Duration: 6 months contract with high possibility for extension Location: Westerville, OH Onsite Position Duties: Play a critical role in the growth of our Engineering and/or Information Technology teams. Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology. Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve company goals. Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical Engineering and/or Information Technology functions. Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization. Skills: 3 years minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate Experience in high volume staffing preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully Solid communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences Education: Bachelors Degree from a four-year College or University required
