Paramount Global Streaming, an enthusiastic group helping to lead the future of media and technology by providing Financial Planning, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. The Sr. Financial Analyst will support Paramount Global Streaming and focus primarily on Paramount+. Paramount+ includes content from CBS, Showtime, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Smithsonian Channel, TV Land, VH1, Paramount Pictures, and other sports programming, as well as original streaming content. As part of an aligned FP&A team, the Sr. Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director, FP&A and will assist in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of forecasts and budgets, tracking performance, managing monthly revenue and operating expenses, and using analysis to drive informed decision-making. This position offers the right candidate an exemplary opportunity within a successful and growing global media organization. It will provide wide-ranging exposure to the evolving interactive content industry while working within the broader media umbrella of Paramount Global Corporation. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Responsible for creating and maintaining complex financial models to support the budgeting, forecasting, and expansion of Paramount+ International ad revenue. Inclusive of projecting inventory and consumption patterns, maintaining monthly partner (Amazon, Roku, etc.) forecasts, and evaluating expansion opportunities in new regions. Assist Accounting in monthly/quarterly close, which includes preparation of accruals as well as reconciliation and variance analysis of forecast to actual results, as well as order level reconciliation. Work with the Data Insights, Yield Management, and Business Development/Content & Strategy teams to find new ways to grow Paramount+. Look at how much money advertising makes per user, think about possible partnerships, and review content projects. Also, monitor key performance measures to help make decisions. Create and update executive reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including weekly pacing reports and monthly decks highlighting the performance of the P+ ad business. Create strategic value-added analyses around advertising growth opportunities, expense optimization, and core business metrics to drive better decisions and results. Ad hoc requests and analyses will be frequent. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 4+ years experience in FP&A, finance or equivalent quantitative roles Basic accounting knowledge High level of proficiency in Excel, experience in preparing complex financial models, and manipulating large datasets Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross-functional partners Experience in a highly analytical environment Strong work ethic and an acute attention to detail required Ability to work quickly and precisely on multiple projects concurrently Additional Qualifications:

Finance/Economics/Mathematics/Accounting major preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
