Marketing Analytics Intern

The Marketing Analytics Intern will support a high-impact marketing initiative launching this summer. This internship is centered on analyzing the performance of summer program/campaign and understanding how it drives results across both overall marketing performance and store- and region-level sales channels. The intern will own a structured analytics project with two core deliverables: Measurement and insights related to the summer program launch and ongoing performance Analysis of store and regional sales performance, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities across channels This role offers hands-on exposure to how marketing analytics informs sales execution, field performance, and leadership decision-making. Responsibilities & Duties: Support end-to-end measurement of summer program or campaign launch Define success metrics and KPIs in partnership with marketing and sales stakeholders Track performance across marketing and sales channels Build dashboards and recurring performance reports Analyze program effectiveness, including reach, engagement, conversion, and downstream sales impact Evaluate store-level and regional sales performance, including: Performance variation across locations or regions Trends over time and comparisons to baseline or benchmarks Identification of high-performing patterns and potential improvement areas Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for both marketing and sales teams Prepare visualizations and executive-ready summaries that translate data into business recommendations Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and analytics partners Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus Interest in marketing performance measurement, sales analytics, and business strategy Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences Organized, curious, and comfortable working with real-world, imperfect data What You'll Gain: Ownership of a real, end-to-end analytics project tied to a live program launch Experience working with cross-functional marketing and sales leaders Practical exposure to store- and region-level performance analysis Development of executive communication skills through leadership-facing presentations A portfolio-ready project demonstrating analytical rigor and business impact Mentorship from experienced marketing and analytics professionals
