Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Account Executive to join our on-site team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving revenue and contributing to the growth of IVM, Inc. Responsibilities Prospect into target accounts through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities through discovery conversations Understand customer workflows related to device management, IT operations, and equipment control Position IVM smart locker and vending solutions as operational and security improvements Run product demos and virtual presentations Collaborate on deal strategy and pricing Manage pipeline in CRM with strong data hygiene Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle Coordinate with operations, implementation, and technical teams Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets Continuously improve through coaching and training Minimum Qualifications 1 to 2 years of sales experience Comfortable with high volume outbound calling Strong lead generation skills Strong communication and listening skills Highly coachable Organized and able to manage multiple deals at once Comfortable working in an in office, team driven environment Highly Desired Qualifications Experience with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sequencing Tools Cold calling background B2B, technology, or solution based sales experience Experience selling into operations, IT, or facilities environments Competitive or performance driven background Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong work ethic and internal drive Confidence speaking with managers, directors, and executives Ability to learn technical and operational concepts quickly Problem solving mindset Comfortable in a fast paced, high growth environment Team oriented with a positive attitude Desire to build a long term career in enterprise sales INCENTIVES Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Exposure to enterprise deal strategy and leadership Direct coaching from CRO High earning potential as skills develop Company paid training and professional development Team oriented office environment Stable, growing company with large enterprise clients OTE: $90K-120K Job Type: Full time Location: In Office, Indianapolis Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer
