Position Summary:

Responsible for all processing tasks on consumer loans submitted by dealers and branches. Strives to provide "wow" service internally and externally. * This position does not process mortgage loan applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:

Promote a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers. Maintains knowledge of Bank employees, products, and services to ensure proper Willingness to work across business lines for efficiency and partnership Attention to detail, audit consumer loan documents received from branches and dealers for processing and Verify home ownership though review of property Knowledge of Trusts, Power of Attorney, county property information, UCC filings, Strong communication skills with the ability to work between several contacts Basic understanding of consumer loans products and Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is Follows and leads with the Bank's core values. Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software. Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 30+ wpm. Physical Demands and Work Environment
