As the seasons change, so do opportunities. We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to help ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate order entry, validation, and coordination with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Process, validate, update, and enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Create entries and coordinate with scheduling, production, engineering, and freight teams. Prepare and send order acknowledgments to customers as needed. Communicate professionally with internal teams to clarify order specifications and resolve inquiries. Provide support to Customer Relations Specialists and Account Managers. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Assist with administrative tasks such as front desk duties and email coverage. Qualifications
Qualifications: Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and efficient data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
