Xpansiv is seeking a Strategy Analyst, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, to support analytical and strategic initiatives across the business, acting as a dedicated analytical partner to specific business lines. The role serves as an embedded partner, delivering market research, financial analysis, and strategic insights to inform product strategy, pricing, technology investment, and strategic partnerships and M&A. While focused on businessline priorities, the role maintains clear connectivity to the company's central strategic direction to ensure alignment with Xpansiv's enterprisewide objectives and longterm growth roadmap. Responsibilities Working closely with business-wide stakeholders to develop financial models and analytical frameworks, to evaluate strategic initiatives, product opportunities, pricing structures, and technology investments Research, analyze, and present new potential market entry opportunities, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, cost-to-entry analysis, and potential acquisition or partnership considerations Conduct competitive and industry analysis, including monitoring emerging trends, regulatory developments, and competitor performance to inform corporate and business-line strategy Perform analysis on internal company data and performance metrics to support business line planning, tracking, and decision-making Working closely with business line leaders, prepare analytical materials and presentations for executive management and board meetings Support evaluation, diligence, and business case development for strategic partnerships, investments, and inorganic growth opportunities Collaborate closely with peers and other team members to catalog market research, enhance frameworks and align best practices Assist with other ad hoc requirements Skills & Qualifications BS degree, majors in finance, economics, accounting or related fields One to two years experience in roles within the fields of consulting, commercial due diligence, investment banking, and other finance/technology investment or corporate strategy related roles Rigorous analytical skills and attention to detail, including building financial models, performing competitive research and benchmarking, market segmentation and sizing. Ability to analyze complex data and concepts, extracting key insights and translating them into clear, concise messages tailored for senior leadership Highly motivated, personable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a demanding and dynamic work Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving An interest in commodity markets will be looked at favorably.
