Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to candidate placement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the business services industry. Source and screen candidates to match client requirements. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies. Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process for successful placements. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the business services industry. A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have: proven experience in recruitment or a related field, strong knowledge of the business services industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 plus commission. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote. 401(k) with company match. 3 months fully paid maternity or paternity leave. 20 days PTO plus holidays.
