An Account Resolutions Representative is responsible for contacting members regarding past-due loans, arranging payment solutions, and working to recover delinquent accounts while maintaining positive member relationships and following all regulatory and credit union policies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting members, skilled in navigating sensitive conversations with empathy, and brings energy, creativity, and out-of-the-box thinking to a collaborative team environment. Job Type: Full-Time Location: Fort Wayne, IN Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities: Complete all necessary documentation on delinquent loans within credit union procedures and policies. Recommend repossessions, transfer loan payments, and collect on delinquent loans and visas. Call members with problem accounts and assist them over the phone while providing outstanding service and recommendations. May interview delinquent members in office. Analyze loan documentation, assist with disability claims, and complete all necessary reports. Maintain current knowledge on all credit union products. Required Skills: Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive member relationships. General experience and knowledge with computers and technological applications. Qualifications: Job Level: Mid-Level Required Experience: 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
