Position Overview This is a Hybrid Sales Role (Setter/Closer) designed for high-performers who excel at guiding warm inbound leads through the sales process. This is not a cold-calling position—leads come in daily through inbound channels, and you'll be responsible for qualifying, presenting offers, and driving deals to the finish line. What You'll Do
* Handle 8-12 warm inbound seller leads per day via phone, text, and CRM * Qualify sellers, build rapport quickly, and guide them through a proven sales framework * Present offers using the company's dual-offer (two-tier) model * Manage your pipeline with consistent follow-up and detailed documentation * Close deals directly or collaborate with team members when needed * Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, and responsiveness
Compensation & Earning Potential
* Base Draw: $4,000/month * On-Track Earnings: ~$15,000/month * Uncapped Commission: Earn beyond OTE based on performance * Career Growth: Opportunities for leadership roles as the organization scales
What We're Looking For
* Must be based in Phoenix, AZ or willing to work in-office (not remote) * Sales experience required; real estate acquisitions or high-ticket closing preferred * Coachable, hungry, and motivated to grow with a fast-scaling team * Strong communicator who can build trust quickly * Process-driven and disciplined in following scripts, frameworks, and CRM workflows * Excellent pipeline management and follow-up skills * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus * Professional presence: clear communicator, polished setup, reliable follow-through
