
Senior Business Development Manager (Hunter) – US IT Staffing & Solutions

Role Summary
Seeking a senior hunter with a proven track record in new logo acquisition for US IT staffing augmentation and IT solutions sales . The role is focused on opening new accounts, closing deals, and driving revenue growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new logos across Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs
- Sell IT staffing (contract, C2H, full-time) and SOW / solution-based engagements
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and manage a strong US sales pipeline
- Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, and commercial terms
Requirements
- 8–15+ years in US IT staffing & solution sales (hunter role)
- Proven success in new client acquisition
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS and US staffing models
- Existing US client relationships preferred
