What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Define and manage the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels, establishing clear hypotheses and success metrics
  • Launch and scale new acquisition surfaces, collaborating with Engineering and Design for seamless onboarding experiences
  • Design and execute acquisition programs with measurable customer acquisition cost to lifetime value impact
  • Monitor funnel performance end-to-end, tracking acquisitions and activations, and implementing incrementality testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and scalable growth while aligning dependencies

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 4 years in Product Management, ideally with experience in growth/distribution channels
  • Proven track record in shipping consumer financial or regulated products, with comfort in partnering with Risk/Credit, Legal, and Compliance
  • Strong understanding of experiment design and optimization of customer acquisition cost to lifetime value
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and experience leading embedded engineering/design teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in managing growth channels specifically within the fintech or consumer financial services industry
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL and Amplitude) for self-service insights
  • Strong UX instincts for optimizing user experiences across web, app, and partner integrations
