Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is a mission-driven healthcare staffing startup seeking a Business Development Director to help grow alliances with healthcare facilities in the Midwest region with a focus on Allied Health Professionals. This is a flexible, performance-driven 1099 opportunity for a motivated professional eager to grow with a startup .

What You\'ll Do

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with healthcare facilities and organizations
• Develop strategic alliances and generate new business opportunities
• Represent Trinity Healthcare Talent Services with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support growth initiatives
• Help expand our footprint in the Midwest region: Ohio (OH), Indiana (IN), Illinois (IL), Michigan (MI), Wisconsin (WI), Minnesota (MN), Iowa (IA), Missouri (MO), North Dakota (ND), South Dakota (SD), Nebraska (NE)

This Role Is For

• Individuals with business development, sales, or relationship-building experience
• Professionals with healthcare or staffing experience and a solid understanding of industry workflows and client needs
• Self-starters who thrive in a startup environment
• Those interested in flexible, independent work as a 1099 contractor — full-time, part-time, or as a second job
• Individuals excited to help build and grow a startup

Compensation

• 1099 independent contractor role
• Earn 40% commission on the fee from every direct hire or permanent placement you generate
• No commission cap — unlimited earning potential
